About Craig

Craig Ester is an actor, writer, director, and educator hailing from Detroit Michigan. He has created and performed on stages across the United States including: St. Louis Shakespeare Festival, Great Lakes Theatre, Michigan Shakespeare Festival, Swine Palace, and many more. Craig is also a Co-Founder of Detroit Michigan’s Break the Chain Theatre Company, and a proud theatre educator serving all ages. He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Ball State University, and a Master of Fine Arts in Acting from Louisiana State University where he also served as an instructor of record teaching young artists taking their first steps into the actor training. Craig also offers audition coaching for both professional and educational opportunities for both Graduate and Undergraduate actors. He is a member of Actor’s Equity Association and the Voice and Speech Trainer’s Association.
